We Accept Credit and Debit Card Payments
We
currently accept Visa, Switch, Maestro,Delta, Solo, MasterCard and
AMEX. No payment is drawn from your card until the date of despatch of
your order and a copy of the slip and an invoice will be included with
your order. Any item not available for immediate shipment is not
charged for until shipped. You can use our secure cart to order using
your credit card or place the order through the cart and then telephone
us with your card details or even send a cheque to cover the
order.Please note that for larger items it may be necessary to clear
the cheque before the goods are shipped.
Back Orders
Every
effort is made by our purchasing department to ensure that all items
advertised for sale on the site are available for immediate despatch
(orders with credit card numbers included and received before 1pm (UK
time) will be despatched on the day of receipt otherwise the next
working day.) Occasionally due to circumstances out of our control an
item may not be immediately available. If this is the case then you
will be promptly notified by email so that you can choose to wait or to
cancel the order.
Tax Charges
The
prices quoted for ALL items on this website including carriage INCLUDES
V.A.T. at the rate applicable at the time for order in the U.K. and the
E.U. For orders outside the E.U please contact us for prices.
Carriage Charges
Carriage
charges quoted are for U.K. shipment ONLY For other areas including
EIRE carriage will be charged at cost plus V.A.T.where applicable.
Credit Card Security
We know of no documented cases of credit
card fraud using our shopping system over the internet. All credit
and debit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order
is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after
they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on ANY
website. If you are unsure about entering your card details
you have the option of either entering the order then phoning
us with your card number or entering your order and sending a cheque.
Please note that we reserve the right to have a cheque cleared BEFORE
the goods are despatched. If sending a cheque please make it payable
